2. Qualification Requirements for Suppliers
(a)滿足《中華人民共和國政府采購法》第二十二條規(guī)定；

(b)落實(shí)政府采購政策需滿足的資格要求：1）鼓勵(lì)節(jié)能政策；2）鼓勵(lì)環(huán)保政策； 3）扶持中小企業(yè)、促進(jìn)殘疾人就業(yè)政策， 監(jiān)獄企業(yè)、殘疾人福利性單位視同小型、微型企業(yè)。 4）本項(xiàng)目不接受進(jìn)口產(chǎn)品
(b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies:1) Encourage energy-saving policies; 2) Encourage environmental protection policies; 3) Policies to support small and medium-sized enterprises and promote employment for people with disabilities: Prison enterprises and welfare units for people with disabilities are regarded as small and micro enterprises. 4) Imported products are not accepted for this project

4、項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人具備水利水電工程二級及以上注冊建造師執(zhí)業(yè)資格。
(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:3. The bidder shall possess a Grade 3 or above general contracting qualification for water conservancy and hydropower construction issued by the Ministry of Construction. 4. The project leader shall possess a second-level or above registered constructor professional qualification in water conservancy and hydropower engineering.
